With proper care, a quality Enkay design will be a part of your home for many years. Here are some basic guidelines to follow to keep your rug looking beautiful.

There’s a rug for almost every room in any home… but how do you choose? Picking a design is more of an art than a science, but here are some answers to common questions we get asked to help guide your decision.

We do our best to make sure rug colors are represented accurately. However, there may be subtle variations in color due to the uniqueness of the natural fibers we use, or, if dyes are used, variations in dye lots.

Additionally, though we take care to ensure our photos match the actual color of our rugs as seen in natural daylight, lighting conditions in your home may differ. This is particularly the case with fibers that possess a natural sheen, which may look different in brighter lighting conditions.

For rugs with a higher pile, colors may appear more or less intense in different lighting conditions. Some general advice is that if you view a rug with the pile angled towards you, the rug will appear lighter. If you view a rug with pile angled away from you, the colors will appear more saturated.

Finally, color variations may be the result of your screen’s color, contrast, and brightness. We highly recommend you purchase a physical rug sample before making your final decision should you have any concern about matching your rug to other items in your room.
