ENKAY values our customers and respects your privacy. WHAT TYPE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES ENKAY COLLECT?

We may collect personal information from you, such as your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number, or credit card number (your “Personal Information”) when you visit our Website, place an order online, set up an ENKAY online account, or participate in a contest or survey.  When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We may also receive such information if you access our Website with your log-in credentials from a social networking site such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. (and in such cases, in accordance with the terms of use and privacy policy of such social networking site). We also maintain a record of your product interests and the purchases you make online.  We may combine all this information with information about you that we acquire from our joint marketing partners and from unrelated third parties.
Personal information, such as identifiers, IP addresses, cookies, pixel tags, Internet activity, and other electronic network activity information, may be collected by third parties that perform marketing services for us. HOW DO I OPT OUT OF RECEIVING PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS?

ENKAY respects your privacy and wants to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. When you provide us with Personal Information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you are consenting to us collecting your Personal Information and using it for that specific reason only.  If we ask for your Personal Information for a secondary reason, like marketing via emails, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to “unsubscribe”. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice describing what categories of personal customer information we share with third parties or corporate affiliates for those third parties or corporate affiliates' direct marketing purposes. That notice will identify the categories of information shared and will include a list of the third parties and affiliates with which it was shared, along with their names and addresses. HOW DOES ENKAY PROTECT KIDS' PRIVACY?

We do not knowingly collect, solicit or maintain Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register on our website. If you are under 18, please do not send any Personal Information about yourself (such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address) to us. No one under age 18 is allowed to provide any Personal Information to us. In the event that we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 18, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete that information from our database. WHAT ABOUT LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES?

For your convenience and information, our Website and emails may contain links to other sites, which may have privacy policies that differ from our own. HOW DOES ENKAY USE COOKIES?

We and our vendors use "cookies”, which are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. Once you agree, the file is added.   Cookies may be used in a variety of ways to enhance or personalize your online browsing and shopping experience.

We and our vendors use "pixel tags" (also called "web beacons" or "clear gifs"), Pixel tags are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Website. This information may include your computer's Internet protocol (IP) address, your browser type, your operating system, date and time information, and other technical information about your computer.  Pixel tags help us analyze our customers' online behavior and measure the effectiveness of our marketing programs. We work with service providers that help us track, collect, and analyze this information.
Pixel tags and cookies in our emails may be used to track your interactions with those messages, such as when you receive, open, or click a link in an email message from us.
